A discrete adjoint based level set topology optimization method for stress constraints

چکیده

This paper proposes a new methodology for computing boundary sensitivities in level set topology optimization using the discrete adjoint method. The equations are constructed discretized governing field equations. objective function is differentiated with respect to point movement For this purpose, we present novel approach where perturb implicitly by locally modifying around given point. These local perturbations combined derivatives of volume fractions individual elements compute sensitivities. enables circumvention smoothing or interpolation methods typically used sensitivities; and improves accuracy convergence characteristics. We demonstrate effectiveness our method context stress minimization constrained problems orthogonal bracket design under multiple load cases.
